Black Bean Patties

Ingredients
- 1 can (15-oz) black beans drain, rinsed
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup instant oats
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray. (Silicone baking mats work, too).
- In a mixing bowl, mash beans until no whole beans are left, but there are still some half beans and bean parts left.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Form into 4 patties, bake for 10 minutes and flip.
- Bake 5-10 minutes until crispy on the outside.
- Let cool. Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to reheat.
