Black Bean Patties

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray. (Silicone baking mats work, too).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash beans until no whole beans are left, but there are still some half beans and bean parts left.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Form into 4 patties, bake for 10 minutes and flip.
  4. Bake 5-10 minutes until crispy on the outside.
  5. Let cool. Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to reheat.
