Sausage Soup for Janet

A team of us Pollitify folk recently went south and west to help a friend, Janet, who needed drywall hung on a timely basis. Knowing that they were living mildly rough while their living quarters were under renovation, I threw a literally random collection of meals that I had made in a cooler. I cook a lot and I figured that:

• Any home cooked meal was better than no home cooked meals
• I had the food made and already packaged into individual containers

And, success! Janet asked me for the recipe! This feels great because, like so many soups, it was actually pretty random.

Note: I did ask first about food allergies and there were none so it was dealer’s choice.

Ingredients

• 1 pound spicy italian sausages (or mild depending on heat tolerance)

Steps
