The Upside Down Cocktail

I invented this cocktail for my wife to celebrate the release of Stranger Things Season 3.

Ingredients

• 1/2 shot elder flower liquor
• 1/2 shot peach schnaps
• 2 drops red food color
• 2 oz Champagne or Proseco

Steps

1. In a shaker combine Elder Flower, Peach Schapps, Ice and shake the hell out of it.
2. Pour into a champagne flute and top with Champagne or Proseco and add the red food coloring.
